Storing Note: Remove from packaging box and place in a semi-air tight container at room temperature. This cake freezes well! To freeze, slice the cake and wrap each piece individually and place in a freezer safe bag. To serve, up-wrap the slices and set them out at room temperature to thaw, about 45 minutes.
