Storing Note: Remove cookies from cardboard box and place in an air-tight container.
Freezing Note: These freeze well! Wrap them individually and place in a freezer bag. Then, take them out, un-wrap them and allow to thaw at room-temperature for about 30 minutes, or until thawed.
