Storing Note: For best quality, store in an air-tight container at room temperature.

Freezing Note: These freeze well! Place them on a plate un-wrapped (so ganache won’t stick) and allow to freeze for about 2 hours. Then wrap them individually and place in a freezer bag. Then, take them out, un-wrap them and allow to thaw at room-temperature for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until thawed.
