Chocolate Whoopie Pies with Marshmallow Frosting
Soft, cakey chocolate cookies sandwiched with fluffy marshmallow frosting.
Size: Whoopie pies are about 2”
Contains: milk, eggs and corn. Free of: gluten, tree nuts, peanuts and soy.
Storing Note: For best results, store in a covered container at room temperature or, if preferred, in the refrigerator. Serve them cold, for a refreshing treat, or set them out at room-temperature for about 30 minutes before serving. Room-temperature cookies are so soft!
Freezing Note: These freeze well! To freeze, place in the refrigerator for about an hour until frosting is cold (so that frosting won’t stick). Then, wrap them individually and place in a freezer bag. Serve them frozen for a frosty treat! Or, to thaw, un-wrap them and allow to thaw at room-temperature for about 45 minutes to an hour.
